We are here to communicate with you in detail and update progress on your reform until the very end. 

We compile a detailed snagging list to ensure the work is of a high standard and there are no small errors the builders have made.  Any noticeable defects or imperfections will be made to be rectified and not hidden.

In addition to our presence we will take detailed photographs and videos along the way so you can see your build come to life without having to travel unnecessarily saving you time and money.

Any instructions you have or changes we pass on to the builders to give you peace of mind. If we are told of any problems we inform you and if there are extra materials required we ensure it is actually needed then liaise with you about potential costs.
