We arrange to visit every 3 months to view the condition of the property. This is useful to both the owner and tenant as defects can be reported and picked up. This can avoid minor issues becoming a major expense.
HOLIDAY LETS
We visit the property at the end of each let to inspect and report on the condition of the property, we can ensure that damage caused by the group is identified and reported back to the Landlord, photograph and video evidence of before and after as well as any routine maintenance issues.
PROPERTY PURCHASE INSPECTION
We visit our clients property prior to the completion date to inspect it in detail.
We provide the client with an overview of defects that may not have been picked up during the viewing. In our experience when you actually move in you find additional problems that you need to spend money on, we stop this happening to our clients. Having the information provided by us with a report put forward all problems can also be a fantastic tool to negotiating on a house price.
