From surveys to project managing every step of the way on your build we are there to communicate with you in detail and update progress on your reform until the very end. We compile a detailed snagging list to ensure the work is of a high standard. Any noticeable defects or imperfections will be made to be rectified and not hidden.
In addition to our presence we will take detailed photographs and videos along the way so you can see your build come to life without having to travel unnecessarily saving you time and money. Any instructions you have or changes we pass on to the builders to give you peace of mind.

Look no further we have trusted and respected Architects who are excellent and prompt in the Costa Blanca so you do not need to worry about using people you do not know.
SNAGGING LIST
We believe that the property should be in a good condition upon purchase.
We can also carry out a snagging list for any new build or reform.
This will include visual inspection of:
• The external building facade
• All visible roof surfaces (subject to safe access)
• Window and door condition
• Garages and outbuildings (subject to safe access)
• Plaster surfaces and paintwork
• Floor finishs
• Bathroom wall surfaces and sanitary ware
• Kitchen fixtures and fittings
• Joinery condition
• Staircases
• Visual plumbing check for leaks around sinks.
• Heating and hot water system function checks.
• Air conditioning check to ensure both heating and cooling function.
We will produce a basic floor plan to show the building layout including generall length and width of the rooms.
Photos will also be taken throughout and indexed with the plan.
